The Beadle County State’s Attorney’s Office works to keep the public safe and hold offenders accountable. The primary responsibility of the State’s Attorney is the prosecution of adult and juvenile crime in Beadle County, Abuse and Neglect cases, and assisting representation to the Board of County Commissioners, as well as other elected and appointed department heads and staff.
