Permit Fee: $50.00 Failure to get a permit will result in a $100.00 fine 

• The construction of the access shall be completed at the expense of the permittee.
•  Only clean fill material may be used for construction. Rubble and organic material are prohibited. Permittee is responsible for salvaging and replacing topsoil, erosion control and revegetation of access . 
• All accesses shall have a minimum driving surface of 30 feet and all field accesses or other accesses where trucks may enter are required to have 30 foot driving surface.
•  The access shall have a minimum of 4-1 side slopes and the correct size culvert to allow proper damage. Each access shall be constructed in a manner that shall not cause water to enter onto the roadway or shoulder. The access shall not interfere with existing drainage system on the right away. 
• All materials used in the construction of the access within the county right of way shall become private property. 
• The Permittee shall notify the Highway Superintendent at least two days prior to any construction within the county right of way. Construction of the access shall not proceed until the access permit is completed. The access shall be completed in an expeditious and safe manner. 
• The permittee is responsible to notify all utilities and repair any damage to any utility.
• Any damage to the county road shall be repaired immediately. 
• The Highway Superintendent may inspect the access during and after completion to determine that all terms and conditions of the permit are met The construction of the access may be stopped if all conditions are not being met Reconstruction or improvement of the access may be required when the permittee has failed to meet required specifications. 
• By accepting the permit, permittee agrees to save, indemnify, and hold harmless to the extend allowed by law, Beadle County, its officers, and employees from suits, actions, claims of any type or character brought because of injuries or damage sustained by any person resulting from the permittee's use of the access permit during construction of the access.
